This one is a relatively easy pasta with no hassle of making a sauce, you can just stir fry add cream and spaghetti is ready.
- Spaghetti- two handfuls
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
- Chopped garlic – 5 cloves
- Chopped Mushrooms- 15
- Chopped Spinach – 1 bunch
- Fresh cream- 200 ml
- Parmesan cheese- 2 tablespoon
- Crushed pepper- 2 tsp
- Oregano – 1 tsp
- Salt – as per taste buds
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Cook the spaghetti as per the instructions on the packet. Strain pour some olive oil and keep it aside.
Take a pan let it heat. Add the butter and about 1 tsp of olive oil. When the butter is hot add garlic and stir for a minute or two. Add mushrooms followed by spinach. Add pepper, oregano and salt.
Cook for five minutes on high flame. The vegetables should be cooked by now. Pour fresh cream and let it bubble. Add half of the cheese into this and let it melt.
Slowly add in the spaghetti and stir gently. Taste and add any spices if required.
Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Transfer the spaghetti to a ovenproof vessel, add the remaining cheese to it. Place the spaghetti in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Spaghetti is ready.
