Quickie ;)

Some days I just go crazy with my cravings. And one of those days too lazy to make something & I come across this one minute cup cake and could not resist but make. It literally took one minute

Quaker oats 2 medium size spoon
Fresh blueberries handful (I love the berry hence increased the quantity)
One egg
Sugar as per required
Cinnamon powder 2 pinch
Take a microwave proof coffee cup. Mix all the ingredients. Place it in microwave for a minute or two if oats content is more and healthy breakfast muffin is ready 😊
